All website orders will have a returns and exchange option. Should an item not fit please returned it with all tags and labels still attached. You will receive an exchange or refund. To return an item notify us by email to: and quote the invoice/order number. Alternatively you can call on +44 7833 097103 quoting the invoice number, your name and address. The invoice number should be written on all correspondence.
The product returned to us must be in its original condition with all of the original tags still attached. Any original packaging must also be returned with the item. If a returned item is received without the original tags or packaging (or if we have any reason to believe that the item has been used) we will be unable to accept the item and will return it back to you.
Refunds:
For refunds we will credit you via the card or account that you originally used to make your payment. This will usually be within 3 working days of receiving the return.

Please send all returns to: Hemp T Shirts, Studio 35, Truggers, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 6DQ. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We will only be reimbursed these costs in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Return/Exchange must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original tags still attached.

- To exchange for a different item/s, please return for a refund and place a new order.
